Refund Policy — Meeting Manager
Last updated: 4 October 2026
The short version
If you are not happy, ask for a refund within 14 days of any payment and you will get all of that payment back. No reason is needed.
Your free month
The first month is free, so there is nothing to refund. Cancel before the free month ends and you are never charged.
Refunds within 14 days
Every payment can be refunded in full if you ask within 14 days of the date it was taken. That includes:
- your first payment, taken when the free month ends, and
- every renewal, monthly or yearly.
When a payment is refunded, the period it paid for ends and the subscription is cancelled, so it will not renew.
After 14 days
After 14 days a payment is not normally refunded. You can still cancel at any time from the start screen of the application. Your subscription then runs to the end of the period you have paid for and does not renew.
If something went wrong, such as a payment taken by mistake, being charged twice, or the application not working for you and support not being able to fix it, write to us and we will put it right, including after 14 days.
If the application is withdrawn altogether, any period already paid for but not delivered will be refunded.
How to ask for a refund
Either:
- email zmm@scott.hu from the address you subscribed with, or
- use the link in the receipt Paddle emailed you, or look up your purchase at paddle.net.
Who refunds you, and how long it takes
Payments are handled by Paddle, who act as the seller (merchant of record). Paddle issues the refund to the card or account you paid with, including any tax you were charged. It usually shows within 5–10 working days, depending on your bank.
Your legal rights
This policy is in addition to your statutory rights as a consumer under the law of your own country, and does not take any of them away.
