Terms of Use — Zoom Meeting Manager
Last updated: 7 August 2026
What this is
Zoom Meeting Manager is a desktop application, published by Carla Berkers Consulting, that runs on your own computer. It files your Zoom cloud recordings into your own Google Drive and summarises what was said in each meeting.
Using the application means you accept the terms below. If you do not, do not install or run it.
References to "the author" in these terms mean Carla Berkers Consulting Limited.

What it costs
| Price | |
|---|---|
| First month | Free |
| After that, monthly | £1.99 per month |
| After that, yearly | £9.99 per year |
Prices are shown in pounds sterling. If you are outside the UK, checkout will show the equivalent in your local currency, including any tax due in your country.
Choose monthly or yearly when your free month ends, and switch between them later if you change your mind.
The free month, and when a card is needed
- Days 1–7. The application is fully functional and no card details are required. If it is not for you, close it and walk away; nothing is owed and nothing was collected.
- Day 7. To carry on through the rest of the free month, you will be asked for card details. You are not charged at this point. If you choose not to provide them, the free month ends there and the application stops working.
- Day 30. The free month ends and the first payment is taken, at whichever price you selected.
This subscription renews automatically — monthly or yearly, matching your choice — until you cancel it.
Cancelling
You can cancel at any time, including during the free month, from the start screen of the application. Cancelling during the free month means you are never charged.
When you cancel, your subscription runs to the end of the period you have already paid for, and is not renewed after that.
Nothing in these terms affects the statutory cancellation and refund rights you have as a consumer under the law of your own country.
Payment, and who you are buying from
Payments are processed by Paddle, acting as the merchant of record. Paddle is the seller for your purchase: your contract for the payment is with them, they issue your receipt, and they are responsible for charging and remitting any sales tax or VAT due in your country.
Card details are entered on Paddle's checkout and are never entered into, seen by, or stored by this application or by the author.
No warranty
The application is provided without warranty of any kind, express or implied. The author does not warrant that it will work correctly, that it will be free of defects, or that it is fit for any particular purpose.
You run it at your own risk. To the extent permitted by law, the author is not liable for any loss or damage arising from its use — including lost recordings, incorrect meeting summaries, unexpected charges on the third-party services listed below, or any consequence of relying on its output.
Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
Meeting analysis is generated, and may be wrong
Meeting summaries, action items, and decisions are produced by a large language model. They can be incomplete, misattributed, or simply incorrect. Treat them as a convenience, not a record. Check anything that matters against the original recording or transcript.
Your accounts, and their terms
The application acts on services you already hold accounts with:
| Service | What it is used for | Whose terms apply |
|---|---|---|
| Zoom | Reading your own cloud recordings | Zoom's |
| Google Drive, Sheets, Tasks | Storing files and results in your own account | Google's |
| Anthropic API | Producing meeting analysis under your own API key | Anthropic's |
| Paddle | Processing your subscription payment | Paddle's |
You are responsible for holding those accounts, for complying with each provider's terms, and for any charges they bill you — in particular, Anthropic API usage is billed to your own key and is entirely separate from your subscription to this application. The author does not resell, subsidise, or receive any part of those charges.
You are also responsible for having the right to record and process the meetings you run through it, including any consent your jurisdiction or organisation requires from other participants.
Support and availability
Questions, problems, and cancellation help: zmm@scott.hu.
There is no guaranteed support and no service level. The author will make reasonable efforts to keep the application working, but does not commit to fixing any particular defect or to maintaining compatibility with future versions of the Zoom, Google, or Anthropic APIs.
If the application is withdrawn altogether, active subscriptions will be cancelled and any period already paid for but not delivered will be refunded.
Not affiliated
Zoom Meeting Manager is an independent product of Carla Berkers Consulting. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Zoom Communications, Google, Anthropic, or Paddle. Those names are used only to identify the services the application connects to.
Your data
The application holds no copy of your meeting data and transmits none of it to the author. What is sent — and what the subscription check involves — is described in the privacy policy.
Changes
These terms may change. The date at the top of this page shows when they were last updated, and the current version is always the one published here.
If a change materially affects what you pay or what you receive, you will be told before it takes effect, and you may cancel rather than accept it.
